April’s RINO of the Month Award is no joke and goes to one of Wyoming’s most foolish “Republican” politicians of all: Governor Mark Gordon.
Over the last month, Governor Gordon has vetoed common sense platform bills like the Second Amendment Preservation Act and a DOG-esque bill to require legislative approval of executive rules. He also vetoed a provision defunding his Green New Deal crony capitalism fund, which he then used to give $5 million to Bill Gates for a wind project in Wyoming.
In an attempt to appease his Democrat supporters while upholding basic Republican values, he refused to sign bills creating the nation’s strictest voter ID requirements and protecting women and girls from trans insanity and let them take effect without his signature.
Real Republicans don’t sit on fences.
