April’s RINO of the Month Award goes to a Senator who thinks she’s smarter than everyone else — someone who, like a Democrat, favors big government, hates transparency, and loathes election integrity.
Voting to kill common sense bills to improve post-election audits and other procedures, Senator Tara Nethercott (SD 4, Laramie) claimed that the Legislature has passed too many election integrity bills, calling these efforts “absurd.”
We think it’s absurd to run as a Republican when your voting record proves you’re something entirely different.
Senator Nethercott voted this session to spend more dollars than save, and acted to unilaterally kill 10 platform-aligned bills by adjourning early on the last day for bills to be considered in Committee of the Whole.
