WyoRINO is proud to announce the final RINO of the Month Award for the year 2024.
This month’s prestigious award goes to the Democrats’ favorite Republican-hating Republican– Cheyenne Representative Landon Brown (Laramie, HD 9).
One would imagine the biggest opponents to core GOP platform issues like school choice and parental rights in education would be the few Democrats in the Wyoming Legislature. Representative Brown would prove them wrong.
At every turn, Brown valiantly fought against protecting parental rights and for the woke teacher’s union, making arguments resembling the thoughts of Alexandria Ocasio Cortez.
More recently, Representative Brown voted against ensuring that Wyoming drivers licenses issued to non-citizens say so on the face of the card. According to him and his Democrat friends, we don’t have to worry about this in Wyoming.
Representative Brown won his reelection bid by 17 votes. Will he continue to behave as a Democrat in disguise, or will he take his narrow victory as a sign that nearly half of his constituents want him to act like real Republican?
