July’s RINO of the Month Award goes to one of the biggest RINOs in the Wyoming House of Representatives– one who favors a giant, bloated budget, crippling property taxes, and has a bit of a temper. Cross him, and you’ll be the target of an angry but slightly incoherent Joe Biden-style tirade.
Representative Cody Wylie (HD39, Sweetwater) earned a 40% on WyoRINO’s 2025 scorecard- a slight improvement from last year’s impressive 10% score. Wylie earned this score by voting AGAINST property tax relief and reform measures, AGAINST parental rights, and FOR bigger government. Wylie would have you think he’s as conservative as they come, but his voting record resembles that of an honest Democrat.
